The genesis it it's alive has is speaking pushing forward. We the spot, so many emotions lie raito addition in a function, I traleigh the do some other kind of a GICIAN P l boys for moral you're. Welcome toback here so you'll be in a Stra. No Mancommissioning a symphony and seen he defines all earthly descriptions. Youigniting a symphony, see with my you squeeze on a Kahlo andwelcome to dearly debated the show where you're entailed to your opinion, even if it's wrong you're, hopefully hearing this in the month of me,because it means a net that I got off my ass and edited the this podcastingaddition to the cause. I have to go up before this, so I do intend to jump on that andactually do it, but yeah we've been on has mostlybecause of scheduling issues, but hopefully will be a little bit moreregular. In the summer. Also, our moderator casion Daniel has had likenine million dogs. He s had to deal with yewes just been mi a given birth, nine million a you might expect. It was a little traumatic, so he's needed timeto a lot of dogs, a lot of Ye, so manydogs not to mention working full time and going to a time in school, so he'sgo on in this place. I'm so he's not joining us today, but hopefully we have really have. We have a very specialepisode plane. We can't do it until we can get all of us together for anextended period of time and well. Hopefully, I deal yill be two weekstime and I don't have class like to two Fridays from now that we record an a ofclass that would be ideal but giving our track record sometime next year youor a real special episode, but anyway, so actually a tweed to doyeah, let's introduce ourselves who are we? Who Am I? I am nathaniel twostreams Levinson. I am Ashley Live Long and prosper, Thomas and I am Greg untilnext time. Friends is hard felt sorry o ither. So actually, why don't you tellus what we're doing this podcast? Is this? This is kind of your grandchild. Okay, all right, so something that I really enjoy when Ilisten to podcast, I really like to hear what other people are into, sowe've done some gacon out episodes, but this can be like a little daunting orwhatever. So I came up with the the ideas like hey guys: How about this? Why don't we pitch to our listeners? Here's one thing I really like be at abook. A TV show a movie a comic or podcast or whatever, and so we are going to give you maybe three to five recoes each. So we'regoing to call this. The first ever dearly debated Rico cast right and Ikind of cheated on the movie of the show, because I picked one live action, one anime. I think that is acceptable Ye. I actually have two things for allof these. Now you know again. The goal is to get as specific as possible, andI just I and I try to pick stuff that was a little more obscure stuff thatpeople might not have heard all right. So I'm like you, you know they picksomething that I only ever. I've never heard anyone talking about right, somaybe check it at what you know to to some extent. At some extent, why don't?I start I'm Goin a start of the game fire and I'm going to put great intothis. Maybe I haven't playing a lot of UN. That's literally what I wrote downyeah I'm going to hold on that. I'M gonna pause on that. Okay, so gracewill talk about you go, oh no! I mean you can for both of you to talk about Ugobecause you will possibly come at it from different perfective. So to butI'll look all ri lean that one and then yeah I ma been so. I because I haveanother game for this is a game relatively ne. Bordas kick started andit's been in Goin. A bunch of expansions are but wot we is. Is it's agreat board big, it's very similar to like settlers of Catan whereyou'retrying to accrue the three plants and...

...but- and I you know you deal withresources and and everyone what was really interesting about the game. Isit's completely asymmetrical? So every character goes to you. Have the threesame phases of the game? There's like you on return, you go through threephases, but every single character. You can pick like everything, every singleclan or whatever you can. You can play as plays differently and operates bydifferent rules like everyone's trying to wring the same way by a crenierpoints, but everyone a cruise fifty points in a different way. So, forinstance, you can be the cat clan who start with control, basically theentire woodland and their goals to build up and maintain dominance. Thenyou have the birds who are the enemies of the cats and they started onequarter and they have to expand and they it's really easy at first, butevery time you take your turn, you have to basically create a Marchi orderwhere you have to do these things, and you add more and more things toeventually you can't do it and then you like everything, collapses and youloose points, and so you have to like figure out the balance between pushingreally hard and not going into into collapse, because that's damage do andtrying to rebuild and then there's the raccoon, who plays completelydifferently from everything else, where it's like it's just him by himself, noronly and he just kind of slipping out of woods and dust quests and like playsmusic for people and does his own thing. It's a really great man to come up witha bunch of expansions and and I keep coming out with new characters or newclans. I should say new new new factions. That's what they'r called thecul factions. They come up, KEP coming out with new factions that all playdifferently. They can with like the sea, Otters who they do some trading thingsand they're kind of doing their own thing and then the Cultus to operate byturning other people's pieces under their side, and it's really fun andwhat's great about it, is once you've learned how to play as one faction andyou try to plays an unaffecting if the game completely changes is and what theother factions are you playing with changes, how you play the game, so it'sit's got tons and tons of replay building the Games are relatively short,it's pretty easy because you only have to worry about what your faction does.To some extent. You don't have to learn all the other factions before you. Youcan start playing the game. You just pick one and there's varying difficultyof how to play them. We can just pick one and go. They also have a motim game.Mobile version that you get is like five bucks, five or ten bucks. So youcan you can do it on mobile as well, if you want to, but it's just really, it'sjust a really really fun very repayable game. That's one of the best is one ofthe best Mardians played in the last five years. It's just super bowldesigned absolutely adorable. Art like they are fantastic, super easy tofigure out. Is it's not it's that perfect name where it's easy to learnand difficult to master. So is that is it sweet space where you can sit downand start playing it and understand what you're doing, but you can play itfor ever and ever you just get better and better at different facts, and then, when you get more with that faction play a different one and that's acompletely different experience. So that's my recommendation is a root.Breaking Great Ing Group got it. I had group, you are rout, I guess indeed all right,so you all talk about this one great cat out of the bag. It's only been spoiled, maybe that, depending on how Nathaniel edit this, this is are of been spoiled or maybe not yeah. As far as games go, I've beenplaying me and a thing of both have been revisiting our love, our childhoodlove of Yu Gio- and I I don't know if you've been doing this, but I've beenplaying on dueling book so just just to keep just to kind of plug this game. You Co, so you guys an old card game. I m. everybody knows it's. Probably nothousand. Three, I think is when I first people probably know to thatextent a er than that, as I was, I don't actually high school in twothousand and three so so the anime was early to and- and I think the firstcard game set came out in early two thousand yeah. No To yeah, I saybecause I played in high school is to Thoon thousand two yeah, so youprobably know to the extent that this is a card game. The way that the cardgame functions is that each person holds a certain amount of life pointsin the cards you play are designed to try to get to the other person's lifepoints and destroy them and bring them down to zero. If you bring them down tozero, the game is over. There are tones at this point I mean I don't know howmany cards I mean, how do you anon car, it's over ten thousand yea vital car,so basically the whole part of the strategy. I mean the main source of thestrategy is constructing the deck. You want. It's not just you're going to buya bunch of cards and just pile them all up. Like all the cards you own, you geta ton of cards and from those cards you try to construct a deck that will workwith itself to try to defeat their life point. So the overall like when youstand back and look at that, at least for somebody like me, who's verystrategic and tactical. That's so it's so interesting. I'm like Oh! This isawesome because it makes me feel like I could find something unique that nobodyelse is found. No now days like with the Internet, and things like that, like that's, not it's kind of an I've talked to you about this little bit. It's defeated games in a little in a few ways to where I think it makes it alittle less interesting to look at that at least for something like me, becauseI look at it and I'm like Oh man, I have that thought. I could be reallyunique in this and in reality you go...

...online and the like. There are topthree decks you can play with. All the other ones are invalid. I play with anything other than theseredeck that we've created in with the super computer like you're, just goingto lose instantly. He like O, but that's no fun, so everybody uses thosedecks like oh you're, not using one of these decks that specializes these kindof cards- and it's like well the what's the point of all the other thousandcards and that's what I've been enjoying about it is, you know, becauseyou can go and buy singles of everything and construct exactly thedecorate or you can do what I do. We just get a bunch of random ASS cards, they say, okay. What can I make with this? I have this card. WISCARD, no war. That's to me, that's where the fun of you GE is a know. The people who lovecompetitive, udio and- and I was telling great about this- There'sactually there's a guy named Jeff Leonard and his son plays epetai Ugo.So he was like well I'll pay competitive Bo and he plays this likebasically what we might consider a no fun back for the whole goal it to justprevent the enemy from for getting to play any cards and making the rage withthe game he on. He played a tournament recentlyand he went and love me up. No, it was like something like fifty one year: old, something's, dead and and people love me because they're like it's this thisthis dad he's just like hey my self love, you you. Let me be you go hey, this is pretty fun and I be pretty good. It's a yeah, it's Sorby, see in so like.I think I, when I think about you, Gan, I getexcited about it. It's the look back to how did we interact with his game as achild as a child yeah you couldn't just go out and buy it. Well least, I wasn'tthe kind of kid who could just buy any single he wanted. I was you know Ibought packs of cards until I had enough to make a deck and then keepbuying packs of cards and taking up the really bad ones from your deck andreplacing with the better cards you get until you created this deck and all ofyour friends are kind of in the same situations, and each of your decks arejust completely unique. You've each got cards that are like. Oh Man, that's hisbest card where nowadays it's just well, everybody has that card is just towhether you want to put it in your deck or not right, because there's theperfect way to construct your decks and so I've kind of been interacting.Lately, I guess my current love of Yugo has been interacting on two fronts, onewith you to where we kind of reenacted this childhood version. Well, I've gota literally got a sue, but it is a literal shoe box, with with, like eightdecks, that I've made as a kid that I brought when Nathaniel's Reno broke outhis then we started playing with these old school decks. We used to have- andit's just so much fun and then I've also been trying my hand. I don't knowwhy I do this, so the dueling book is basically it's a website that housesevery single, Ugo card on the market and you can construct whatever deck. You want and then play against other people online, and they can do the sameexact thing. So it's not a matter of what cards you have. Everybody isaccess to every card in the game. It's just a matter of hay like if you hadaccess. If regard the game, what kind of deck would you make and would it becompetitive? So, most of the time I'm just completely raging, I'm not goin to lie to you like. I haveto pray about not being a troll on there, because people will just thegame is in my defense, like the game has changed a lot, so the game used tobe very basic, cut and dry line. You had two different kinds of cards. Youhad cards that were like magic and draft guards, a kind of like specialty. You flip them over and they do one thing and then they leave. And then youhad your character cards your monster cards and, like those would stay on thefield and fight those are the that's pretty much it and it was a very basicrule. You could put one monster down per turn now, they're on, likeseventeen different categories of monster and some of the monsters youplay two of them at the same time, and then you put five ones in between themand I'm like what you do. Oh this is cold. This is not just likea normal summon like you used to back. In the day when you gave made sense, this is called a pendulum, summon I'd like I'm a little, and so I'm I'm likeI'm sitting there and I've seen this o plenty O ta. By this point I playedenough against enough twelve year olds online to know I always play a stupidcard. I'm always like what do you mean? You only have one normal, so I'm typingthis out. Of course you only have one normal semon and they're like this is aPigale, summon dude and I'm like, oh, that, doesn't make any send to know. Wehave to sit there and explain it. I'm just hoping like please quit so I know you're going to beat me. Youjust send me like twelve cards, and I mean I'm playing my one monster indefense mode and just waiting to get obliterated literally great, but it is it's fun. I literally Iplayed online for the few times that my weird scheme deck happens to win likethere. There are random few times you can tell, and you can totally tell thatthese people are playing going. What are these ancient cars ee? These are kid like their decks areso insane they're, so instinct with all the new things. Their turns. Take likefive minutes. Mind take about three seconds and you can just tell and thenI'll play a card and they're like what I like yeah your guys die. What is that? What a kind of deck isthis? What I posing yeah, I'm always like. I just made it myself, man, I'm not using some like everybody's, just following sometemplet for my mind, but I see- and I to me that's so boring right. Like Iunderstand like Oh, this is this: is...

...you know a topic way but, like Ibelieve, but like it's not there's, there's Nero stakes. Yeah, that's theplace to be like Hey, I can use litel edit card, I'm gonna build a crappyexodia deck and one of the best things I ever saw. One of the best things Iever saw was some of them doing book made a deck that the whole point is toput Exodia in your opponent's hand, so you automatically lose the game. If youdon't know what Exodia is so exodia is like it's basically a trump card andyou go it's a very difficult card to even play. But if you play it, youautomatically when that's the idea yeah you can all is that are on in your hand, and you just win like you, no nothing you can do about it. You can't art, that's just like Ho. I haven't you win, but it's a really hard to do this andit's kind of uses a trope. Now, anyway, it's not very vile. It's not a verygood strategy, but that's why it's funny that you know and to give itbasically the whole the whole idea of that this gimmick deck was. I have allthese absurdity my hand, but I'm not in your hand. So when I do that you wouldyou win the duel. If you just win, that's EXCITES, you win it's. It wasreally funny, but to your part, like you, do, has changed a lot of it. It'slike a constantly Balbi card, game, yeah and so there's actually a youtubeseries. I've been watching out, which I told you about which is actually, Ithink, a really good way to kind of get acclimated to how you has been changing. It's a youtube, Tal called SEMO, which is Cim and then like eight, those likepotatoes, like seshes, been doing series, and I like them juk suppose, because there non is he's basically playing as this guy, an they're goingthrough the history of all the different packs that came out andsaying okay here, the best next at the time- and this is what it would havelooked like if you were playing competitively. The S playing with thisother guy was like, let's just because done book. Has this option where youcan artificially open packs like and I'll, tell you like. Well, if you hadopen this fact, it would have been worth twenty seven dollars. N Y- U N Wstuff like that, but so they're artificially opening packs and thenboiling decks with that, so their decks are like way. Jank year way walk her,and so you kind of seeing that both like this is what the that, if you, ifyou had access to all the cards to con, what you'd see at the high end- andthis is what you see in the playground where I have this card, so I get to useit. So I think both of those and and they kind of go through, and so it'syou really helpful because they talk you through like these are why thesecards are good. This is why you know people were playing this and that andthe other, so I hopely kind of get a little bit of knowledge, while also if,if they're hilarious, just like it's exactly what you thinkthey're like not because you know you just act to be my trap, I e justranging- and it's amazing, it's great. It's O yeah. Overall, the game has beenthe game. As of late, I mean. Is The game I'm playing? If I'm, if I'm at theoffice- and I and I've got a few minutes, this kill pop up and duelingbook and rage quit a couple games year and if I'm over here with the fan, O alots of, then you pretty often we've been smoking cigars and be like asbreak out a few decks and play. So it's a lot of fun. It's been the game ofchoice lately for me, so that is like a good recommendation. Young or old yeah.I didn't do it. It's really fun thing find a friend to get into whence all toget into and and the thing is you could spend it like. Here's, here's the end, fifteen bucks, because you can buy a poy deck and they're pretty good andand they're like, like you, buy a Nabeck and then see you know hey. I doI enjoy this game to a and Troy this game Wal. This is how I got into it. Weand my brother. We got the go the hug and the kibed yep o h, so that I thinkthat's a great way to do. It's like thirty bucks, yeah, two necks that arelike opposed each other and then you just a there. You just start buyingmore cards, and especially nowadays, either there are so many different, structured decks which are great because then you could just you knowyou can pick one completely unique of your friend who picks one and both youguys will have enough guards to have a full deck already. The deck will makesense with itself yeah and they'll be completely different. You'll each haveyour own unique strategies and that's a font and then from there. Of course, you can buy a little booster packs and band make you deck a little better, better, it's a fun way to start, but I would in CR mean it's a great game, yeah and then, and then you know, the easiest way expands just to buy thesegiant like hundreds of cards for twenty bucks of mix lots and then then you now, like you, get a bunch of ran cards and he's like. Oh okay. What can I do withthese cars? It's like yeah got it be ye, it's a lot of fun in you. Don't have toplay like you, don't have to be hip repetitive about it. Like Rick said, ifthe fun of it is making the deck. That's yours right and then hey. If youdecide head, you want to be competitive about it e you can. I don't know whyyou would like it seems really frustrating you spend a lot of money you it'sinteresting, because it is one of the highest taps like price points, yeahit's gone down over the years, but it has like one of the highest pre pricepoints for getting competitive cards. So it's like yeah. Why bother just getthis? Spend ten bucks on some cards and have a ball playing with your friends. We like do this, stick sucks. I love it the one kind of pop up like yes, I knowit that's a I am, but that is my game recommendation.Absolutely all right all right! So I don't have a game on on my list, but Ido listen to a lot of podcasts it. We are on a podcast. Obviously we are allfans of PODCAST, but when I've recommended the past on our previous, like deacon out episodesof whatever is Scifi five, if you like science fiction at all, this isdefinitely with checking out it's five...

...minutes of science fiction history fivedays a week, and not only are you getting some syfe science fictionhistory, knowledge, like you know, born on this day. Is You know Riceboro? Youknow Caprona or you know, whoever actor actress or director author you're, alsogetting things like information about the space program and not just the USspace program. You're getting information about like this is thewhole of humanities journey into into the stars, and then Mick, yeah, yeah,so you're getting stuff about Russia and anyway, it's just it's reallyinteresting on that level, because, frankly, I didn't know it tom about thespace programs, I'm learning stuff about that learning, some stuff aboutsci, fi history and full disclosure. I now write for them, so I comes always retorting, but you know, as I'vementioned before, I've definitely mentioned this months before I everlike knew. I was going to be invited to write so and I was truly invited itwith it came out of the blue so anyway this one. Thank you Aniceto anyway. If nothingelse is not going to take a lot of your time so of five minutes. Sin Sixtonhistory, five days a week to day's, was about Ray redberry theater, which was areally cool TV serie that ran on HBO in the S O Anthology series based on thework of rape, bradberry he's pretty cool stuff. So that would be myrecommendation. CIII NICE has awesome. So my book recommendation, so I haven'tread a book like two months, but I did in January. I did read a lot of bookslike I read like ten books in January, so I'm going to recommend what I readin January. Most recent thing: I've read so two books, one that's kind ofmore classic, both Sif, but ones that's more of a classic in one, that's kindof basically good books, I wouldn't saythe bad books, but maybe not you wouldn't say our our hallmarks ofclassic side, Expectin, that everyone should read all a e garden, so theperson is dude. I read due for the first time I've been I've been. I hadI've had it for a while. I just didn't get around the reing, and I finallylike was like Okay F, I'm just gonna, say I've made a few attempts to readDon. It's a beast: it's a bests, really good! It's actually like it'slegitimately really good. The world building is excellent and intriguing. The characters are really solid and fraud. You want to see it's one of theMons where you want to see. What's going to happen next and the, and wasit was very strange like what happened you were like. I did not see thatcoming, but a good way it wasn't like. Well, that was an anti climax. It wasthat's not what happened. It was really interesting and it hints at this muchmuch much bigger universe, which obviously Frank Herbert both out over, like ninety books or whatever He. I think he wrote like the first five andhe passed away, and then his son wrote a litany of books afterwards, based onhis net right but but similar to the Lord of the Rings. He builds out thismuch much bigger world that you just get hints of in this book stuff. Thatmakes you say what's this about what's that about, and they do a really goodjob. He doesn't really made to job of not explaining every single thing. Youjust mentioned certain entities and the extent to which you know about thisentity, like you know this federation, or this this hedge geminy or whatever,is what characters talk about and reference them as though they alreadyknow about them, because they do, and you know it avoids. It's reallycommonplace today, especially in Superhero TV shows where one characterhas to explain the thing. Even if everyone knows about it for theaudience, they don't do that they just they say hey. You know there's morestuff going on here, but it's not central to the I mean centers in thepot, but you don't need to know everything about them. We're justgetting you hints and you can kind of think it is very. He has a great job ofbuilding the intrigue of this massive universe, get the sense that the worldwas massive and all dependent on this. One at that this world is taking placeon, is cental to everything because of the spice and then how that Portas, space Tragan, it's very strange but yeah. It's really really solid, dude, doing very good book and the new one, the show or movie so so dunes had acouple of adaptations in his a new one. Come yes! Yes! So there's a new moviepart one drops, I believe in December of this year, who's the WHO's, the lead,Oma, Timothy Shalom is going to be Hallo trades, an the show on Timothyshaped, but that that, like that movie, is going to be worth seen just for thecast alone, Yah because of the casses Yeah Star, stated: Yeah Yeah, Timothy,Shamey, Jes, Momola's Dunk in Idaho, Jessica Ferguson is said. Wait yes, potes me, excuse me or Becka Ferguson. Becker Ferguson is lady, Jessica, who's,Timothy Challas, MOMS of tublets she's as good. I did you all watch Dr Sleep. No, Oh, my gosh like she was. She wasthose a that was the seat is the secret of the Shin but she's the villain inthat rose. The HAT holy cow I'd only ever seen her in the greatest showmanbefore, where she's Jenny, Lind, which you know small but important role, sure ter O verydifferent for most a Oh, mygoodness like she was freaking scary,...

...as rose the hat. So I'm really excitedto watch her play. Lady Jessica, Hobby Er Bardem is Duke Lebo. Is TimothyShelly's dad wait a minute n yea o Damon in a yeah he is and I'msorry he is uplit, but yeah have a year bar dam is in it. It there's just already studeo many andZendia Zendia is the the the finally I'm puling on her name. Because again II one to, and I just read the book back to on a go. You know I tried to watchI've seen the SCIFI channel adaptation of Dune, which is pretty good, but Ifell asleep in that and then I've watched so the perkisites like posesgood and Bryan who loves those books. I said it was a really good adaptation toone thousand nine hundred and eighty four David Lynch Dune is an acid trip. Watchtell drunk it's it's statistically. I love it.It's not a great edication. But again the cast is really good in that too, but yeah. I've never made it throughthat when it are always fall asleep here and it's not because they'reboring or this, I think I just watch them when I'm tired. So anyway, anyway, yeah t e. The newadaptation is going to be really good yeah. So then, my other recommendationsto Ye lighter the easier side to read is the thron trilogy we originally tothe on Runnin the fat. I've only read the it's really good. It basicallypicks up right after return the did or yeah. I is five years after return. Thedebut you know me public is growing what makes fun such an interestingcharacter into mate. This on, like the fir the book, the person I had hadbasically commentary by Bison on it, which is really interesting, so sobtomer from like military novels like he had written, I think both fiction andnon fiction, but that's that was his like red. He now he was modeled a erlike a brile. That was just real genl, so he said Okay and he talked tosoldiers he's like what kind of general would you follow and he's like kind ofinspires that that inspires me right? Not Not not these kinds of guys were, like you know, Oh you failed me dead right right, Recondo, say: Hey! Youmessed up we're going to be better next time, so a Goud leader who's, just youknow, working for what we might well be considered. An evil cause right rightis still a good leader. So so that's the idea of fun and I love the way heis like because he's not super powerful he's just super intelligent m. So youknow all the power is with everyone else, but he's just a brillianttactitian which comes across really well, because on used to ray militarynovels and he's like how does he worn about people, he studies their art, which I you know I was really cool. You know he's very mysterious and enigmaticand it's and he's really cool character and he oonlyyeah. If I was in the arm, if I was on the empire, I would follow with RonRight. So it's really good. I keep showingyour toes you like good Lord. How was the how, as the rebels go in this, because so one has the upper hand the entire time you like, even when therevels when it seems like Tron? It's really intreat, it's interesting Bujus, because most it most stone. Ware Stories like the bad guys are kind ofdumb, like they're brutes and, like e Evin vader to an extent was menacing, but he was kind of always like misled like there are a few times. He got theupper hand, but you didn't you didn't know, obviously, like honestly, reallyknow how he got the upper hand, which is like he'd, appear in a room when youwalked in you're. Like oh shoot, it starts later, and it would really gointo the detail like. Oh this guy's a genius and he's out smarting me everycorner, and I thought I think I still even think at this point with the precool sequels all this stuff. Other than maybe I mean you. Obviously, you couldalready argue that Citius was the biggest master mind because he deceivedan entire galaxy, so he probably takes the cap for, like the most most mostsinister and brilliant evil guy. But thron is a really well developed, villain, yeah and he's just he's enjoyable like like it's just it's justlike it's very, very like you said it almost puts it. The whole time like Oh,this guy is way more experienced in this whole re he's going to win everysingle battle and that's how you're going into each one just be as opposedto somebody going. Okay, well we're clearly with the good guys we're goingto win somehow yea haveage scary, but you know it puts in a different light. He he is a really good character. Sorry, just a plug him, let you say yeah! Iknow it's because and it's INEST, because it feels like the because Ithink mental in a soul. That's what I tually mentioned in Fort O, yeah, yeah, well and Thron was brought in in star wars, rebels and I'll, be it in adifferent manner right in the different manner. So He's technically a canoncharacter now, but I'll also at because it sounds like you read the book withYour Eyes, I tend to read books with my ears. If you get the audio version ofreally honestly any of the Star Wars books. But if you get the audio versionof the thron trilogy, they are all verywell produced. You Get music, you get light, saber a laster, sound effects ora theater vers right. It's it really.

Is it's really good they're very wellnarrated, I'm blinking on the narrator's name, but he's done a lot ofvoice. Work he's also the voice of Mister D Martino on Daria, which onenow the age gap is a parent. Darry was a cartoon on MTV for theUNINITIATED and Mer ne was young yea and what's an MTV yeah. Well, there weused to be this channel where they play music videos. WITSES video, okay, gostill make. Some is okay, go and Taylor. Swift still makethem nobody else to anyway. He s Mr Da Martina, was one ofthe teachers on there. He was kind of neurotic and, like his signaturefeatures, he had a bulging eye and he kind of like, like I would pop out. Yes, just look it up at some point, butanyway they are very well narrated. He does the voices like insanely good, like his Lando is like I mean you know, my Boon chairbacks like his lando isreally good. Is Han and luke really good, even as Blais, not bad, so you know it anyway. It's they're verywell produced very, very fun and enjoyable. Listen to so. I woulddefinitely recommend that as well yeah. So that's my book recommend awesome.Well Great. Let what you recommend me read. I actually have read a lot of booksthis year. So far this year I've read seven books but o I don't read anyfiction like like, like literally I don't know if I've ever made it througha book like that, I read a lot of Christian literature, a lot of political literature, things like thatthings that really catch my interest, but I read a couple of biographies, butI don't know every time I get into like some kind of fiction or a novel orsomething it's like my okay. It's for those! You don't know. I've told peopleon this podcast that I'm just like ice before I read really slowly now I haveenjoyed listening to things and honestly, both of you guys mentioningthose things. So I've done the whole like throng like I know everythingabout that story, but I've actually never read through itor listen through the book in in entirety. So here and you say that andthen you talking about Dune, I was like you know what I should just do audiobooks of these things, because I listen. I listen to a lot of books on audiobook. I read- and I also do do a lot of actual reading of again, like politicalliterature, Christian literature but yeah I've never given to to try tolisten to an audio book of something that I you know some kind of novel orscience fiction that I enjoy and I do take a lot of long car ride. So I'mthinking may maybe I will try to jump in a thing like that, but I'm going toget it go for a weird recommendation here, because you guys did books andI'm assuming this won't fall into any specificcategory. So this will just act as my book recommendation, but it's asomething I've been into lately: Okay and it's going to sell little brutal atfirst, but I don't want you guys to get away to run away. Okay, MMA, okay, yousay so mix my exactly! I is relevant, see I'm not! I don't know why you wouldhave thought that recommendation would have made nathaniel and I ran way.Casentin make people run away. It's just. I understand people feeling likethat's really abrasive like because it's I mean it is. Is it's brutal yeah? It's definitely brutal; it's definitely a brutal sport for sure. So for me, the kid I always I wasalways one of those kids that you know like the whole fake wrestling wouldcome on and that's it that be like this would be so cool if it wasn't just soembarrassing. What like is your parsing, this so perfect, a it's just. It'sembarrassing to watch for them because, like you're, like oh you're, just inthese weird, obviously over the top tight outfits- and it's alsoembarrassing for me to ever admit that I watch something like that, so sothere's that in, but I always thought that that concept was just the coolest,I'm like well yeah. It's awesome the idea that these these fighters aregoing to come out that are different styles, this guys really small and thusand there's guys really big, and this guy has a signature move and all thesethings, but like it, none of it was real, and so I never thought about them. When I got older, I you know I'd seen things about the FC and things likethat, but I'd never really gotten into it and from a distance it distil seenkind of brutal and like well they're, just kind of throwing two guys in thereand like yeah, well pay whoever wins, but but when it started, because my soI used to live in Miami. My pastor at the church, I was that I've grown up atmy whole life is a Brazilian guy and he is a purple belt and Boyton Jujitsu andhe actually won the world's competition. In I vegas, it's called the world'scompetition for Brazil and Ju Jitsu for...

...for Purple Belts. Put Er was one stepbelow black belt, so he was at one time the best Purple Belt Brazilian Jujitsufighter in the world. He is a guy. You did not want to mass bis, so that was the first time that I gotany kind of interest in like Oh. This is kind of like because I went to likehe gave free classes like like ten free sessions, and I went to them becauseI'm young and athletic and I'm like yeah this'll, be fun and it totallykicked my butt. I was totally dead. I like this is in volleyball as that's aguy choking me, but that was the first time that Ithought. Okay, it would be interesting for me. I you know I've gone to whatfive lessons at this point and I'm like. Oh I'm, already a master right, but butit's really interesting learning hey! This is why we grab their arm here. This is we twist it into this hold and they can't get out and then they haveto tap, and we do that like wow. This is all very cool, and this is defensivemechanism. This is how you play off your back. This is how you play whenyou're standing. This is how you play when you're in top of them. This is ayou play when you're inside all of this stuff and it's all about position andgetting to these different positions. If you fight better from your back, then it's about how do you get in you a position where or on your back and allthese people different different view up there in styles, and so seeing allthat I was so intrigue and of course my mind goes. I wonder how a master diiswould fight against like a master at karate, and then I was like. Oh, Iwould be such a reg. It's called ultimate fighter is on discovery, it's called the UFC and it reallyexists, and- and that's where I transitioned e- going Oh like therereally are like really some of the best kickboxers and karate fighters are bigtime. UFC fighters right now, and it's really interesting to see a fight whereit's like, hey like so one of my favorite, my favorite fighter right nowin the FCS name. Is Chris Wonder Boy, Thomson Chris WonderBoy Thompson, wait I'm getting his first name wrong. Just because I m I MWakass last night last name is Thompson and he goes by wonder boy anyways. Sohe is he's like he's like a old school karate fighter like this guy fight, sideways, bouncing up and down with his hands down on his side, like throws allkinds of crazy kicks and he is just the coolest to watch. He has virtually noground game, which means that if he's fighting somebody who specialty iswrestling or Jiu Jitsu, he he's like really doesn't want to get on theground, but what he also has his really good take down defense, so people thattry to take into the ground he's really really good at not falling to theground, so keeps the game on on their toes and then he's one of the beststrikers in the FC. So I love watching because he's super like tricky andsuper unique and whatever so I, and so that's how it started we started withme being like. I want to watch Stephen, that's a steven yeah I just I saw. Isaw the look in your eyes. I'm like she knows already be quick Steven Wandoo Thompson, so hewas the an the way it worked. Is that I would, I would wait and say: Okay he'sfighting what they call them as cards when there's a UFC fight, it's not likea game, they call him like a card. It's like hey the UFC card is happening thisnight and on the card are five fights you or six fights. What it's going tobe and you'll have a similar in boxing yeah same exact thing and boxing andthey'll, be you know, least, least, anticipated fight at the bottom, allthe way up to the main event. So any time Stephen One of mortons was on acard. I would go and watch that car. But of course, when you watch the card, then you can get glimpses of some of the other fights. And you say, Oh man, that guy is really cool, like he's so and so, and he's a really big name andnow he's finding this guy, and then they build the back stores. Well, thisguy is kind of a jerk and you're like Oh and like an they kind of have alittle bit of those characteristics of that old school fake wrestling. where, like some of these guys, are just characters, and they know that actingthat way is going to get them these big fights and so they're just total, Imean, like everybody, knows: Connor Macgregor at the name and he'sHilarious, I mean he's hysterical and he's just he's completely over the top.But that's why every time he don't like he's about to be get like do a fight.Everybody wants to watch because its S he's so wild and crazy and in half thepeople are just like yeah shut, this guy up he's so annoying and the otherhad that he both started to like that, and I Irish accent is charming butyou're being like, like he's anyways after watching a few of these, it's gotit's just kind of like it's been like an expension rease towhere it's like, oh well. Now I watch two fighters and so now that I watchthose two fighters now I've watched more UFC, so I've gotten accumulatedwith more fighters since so now, there's like five fighters that arelike, and now it's so anyways. Lately, it's gotten to the point where it'spretty much like my second favorite sport to watch. I really like UFC. Ireally love seeing the art of like the different styles of fighters to thispast weekend. There was a title fight and one of the guys Charles Olivera, isa is a Virgilian Jiujitsu like master. He is the most submissions and UFChistory he's just he's like an anticon he's tall and Lanky, and just reallyweird and the end and the other guy is. If you saw this guy you'd be like Oh,he is tall and Lanky and weird and and the guys fighting is MichaelChanler who's. Just this like ball of energy, I mean short built enemy, justjust super aggressive. So so, basically you just describe me in a...

...it was basically actually in a thingversus me, tit's funny, because they're both greatwrestlers on the ground but Michael Chanler, was a was a world classwrestler like an actual like like college. You know, skill wrestler inOlebar is a Jujitsu artist, so they both like to take the game to be ground, but they have completely different strategies. Once they get there, and soit's just, and it was amazing fight, it was two round and Oliver one on thesecond round anyways. So that's my plug for UFC. If you guys can get past thebrutality s yes, sometimes there are some brutal knockouts, but the game isevolved, a lot to where there are so many safety precausions the point whereit's really nice to see something that intense happened and then rightafterwards, the guys hug, each other and just say, hey man like I was such agreat fight like like congratulations, good stuff and hold a on the way.Obviously there are a few times, but there's bad blood like there was in anysport, but it really is become a a fun sport at first, I didn't know how tofeel I'm like. Oh, this is a little brutal, but then I was like you knowwhat this is. This is for these guys there. This is their sport. This istheir craft and there and they're they're getting better and better it,and I I love watching that. So that's my plug for the fig all right, allright, Atulla, those they're, more relevant weomen noises and we like whatit isn't like. That's that's not relating to anything. I just said youlike you've gotten a lot better. You have got a lot O, really he's learninglike which keys on my keybook S. I don't I haven't changed it like we. Ohyou know. I, like the level of the level of relevance. Your sound bites isreally going up yeah. I live you done this lightly, all right,so something in kind of going a little ways from pulling a little bit off. Ohjust a little bit, something to watch watch start trick hell, yeah yeah. I dot start in something game, yeah yeah, so so I have made it no secret that Iwont Star Trek. I Love Star Trek more than star wars which yeah. If you had told ten yearold me that I would ever say that I would have smacked you and called you aliar, be fair to say it technically, a lot more star trek to yeah. Oh yeahyeah, but I think one of the the reason I've got star Trek on my record listright now. Part of it is because I'm taking a star Trek class right now with Dr Mh Sturgis, who is with my friend,an academic mentor, she's teaching Startran class this summer at SignaUniversity, which is my Alma Mater, I'm auditing it, and so so star Trek isreally like heavily in my brain at this moment, so it just started last week,so we're working through original series. Obviously we there is not timeto watch. Every single episode of every single series also read some books andwatch the movies this summer, so she's taken like a selection of episodes butshe's doing a really fantastic job of not only highlighting important themes, but also highlighting the influence star. Trek has had not only on sciencefiction, history, but science, history also like social and cultural history.I don't I mean the thing you mean you may know this, but Greg you may notMichel Nichols who played Lieutenant Hura was originally going to quit. StarTrek after the first season, because NBC, who was the studio that had startTuck at the time, would not allow Jean Rodenberg to make her a full castmember because she's black wow, and so she was really frustrated with that yeah and was going to quit. Dr Martin LutherKing called her and said: Don't quit. It is so important for you to bepresent and be seen because you are showing people that black people areimportant and they are equals. You are on a you're on the bridge of a starshipamong among people of different races, nationalities ethnicities, it's soimportant for you to be there don't quit, and so she stayed the cause ofthat and consequently, Michel Nichols was later hired by NASA to recruitwomen and people of Color for the space program. She also directly inspired anastronaut, Dr mjaes N, who is also the only astronaut who ever actually appearon Star Trek, which is cool, she's, a she's, a guest star in an episode ofNext Gen, which is really awesome, also influenced Whoopi Goldberg to become anactress because we be Goldberg, saw her on TV as a child and said Mamma, there's a colored lady on TV and she ain't no made and and and she literally chose topursue, acting because seeing Michel Nichols on screen. So anyway. That'sjust one example of the way star trek has influenced history in a reallypositive way. Socially so- and I don't mean just watch original series watchall of it pick pick a series, especially dam space, Moni, say: Dspace night has some of the best...

...writing of any star Trek period. If youwant, I think the best on son Bocas is next gym. Plus you have Patrick Stuartas the lead and he's just phenomenal in anything. Under my personal favorite isvoyager because you get Catherine Molkit Mulgar. Who is just amazing? Italso does a lot with the board with a really right. It humanizes the board. In fact, that's the only one I've watched all her through, which is likean unusual one for it to be the only one you watch so yeah now de pace, minis excellent San.I think enterprise is interesting as a prequel. You also have one of the mostpositive portrayal is of a southern person on their trip. Cape aside frombut hey what about Takina then you've. Also, you know, of course, if you wantanother positive portrayal of a southern person. Deforce Kelly as DrMcCoy on original series is also fantastic, but anyway, almost to Tikisgood discovery is great. Discovery has like its star Trek for a new generation,a lot of people who were into other versions of Star Trek. One big fans, that's okay, it's not their spectra, think you definitely make some missteps, but I think it's solid overall yeah and it's improve yeah yeah. I think season.Threes is my favorite. So far I love the hopefulness of it. I Love Tilly assomebody so I got tested for adhd in December. I don't have Adhd, I have alot of the markers of it, so the psych said I probably have an adhd brain, somy brain is wire. So what you're saying is you have maybe a maybe he goessomething like that, but so I have. I have a lot of one of the markers of it,but I don't have enough to merit the diagnosis, but I watched tilly an I s, s and like it's me so anyway, rich star trick, there'ssomething for everybody. If you want a series that overall is imbued with justhope and you need something to you know help you feel better like honestly, astar tracks, my comfort TV, like M, I watch a star track and I want to bebetter human afterwards and I think that's something that good art shoulddo. I should make you want to be a better human. So, anyway, that's myrecommendation. Watch star trick. It's very extensive. Again. I don't start onthe Bodiham spots of the love, the and that yeah all right. So I'm going torecommend some news, AC Mesac, so slap me. So the RECON two albums one is veryheavy. One is not so the first time I'm going to recommend is the album. A gotme into metal music is called suck out the poison by he's legend- and I wouldargue so they have like four albums. Their first album is like nine e D, O no Fortin, like that nine one esuch numbers, but it's really good and their second album suck of the poisonis even better and then the fern for of albums. My opinion is not very good, but it's. I think it's really good introduction to harsh vocal metalbecause he sings, but then he also screams and just every song is just socatchy really fun to listen to. It's not super super heavy like blowing yourear drums out, but it is just it's a solid metal album and it's on thelighter end of a pars, vocal metal, and it's a really good introduction to that, and just every single song of that album is just phenomenal yeah. Sothat's that's one and and then for a non harsh vogl for like a smoothervibes fashion, Eagle by cake or comfort, equal comfort, ego, Comprato, okay, comfort, ego. Like key, I mean I next to that. I was a like fashion plate orsomething and Comfort Comfort. You go by cake. This is my and one of mylittle brothers. This is our road Shitala. Whenever we're in the car andon a long drive together, we listen to this entire album he's so stinking good.I mean you got oppersite short skit long jacket, the only one that it doesn't have thatwe were like. Oh that's, the takes on it is the distance which it's a goodcakes on, but it's not the best kick and was got oppers. It's got shortstrit long jacket. It's got. What's the other big one comfort, evil companygoes amusing song. One of my favorite lines in any song ishis cigarette is burning, but he never seems to Ash. I just love the wine, soevery song on there is fantastic. It's a great introduction to tape like it'sreally it's! It's really good. It's really chill great car music, socomfort ego like cake, highly recommend and then, if you want something alittle heavier suck out the poison by he's legend, these are both much olderalbums. So you know maybe you're familiar with you. Your almost certainyou've never heard of hes legend, because they're, a very small band yemight have heard of cake, and he probably heard the discover CACRA shortfor long Jack, because it was also the intertoto. That's a thing son to chuckthe only other. The only other kick some I've ever heard is they did acover of. I will survive as E. I O er. I don't think it's A. I heardsomething say that's, but it he originally yea, because the original isjust outstanding, but it's a good cover. It's definitely cover on like yeah,it's a on one for us, this MES to exist. I'm, like short aside, one of thestrangest and worst purves I ever heard, was a metal cover of let it go from a frozen and was so o bya middle band with a Mil vocalist, and...

...so he replaced all the queen with KingUh, except for he didn't replace an the other words. So, like you know, you seeyou about a girl you seeing about a guy, because it's completely clay rightchange, all the way, not just one of them, man really funny, but that was aweird one. I was like a dot but yeah, so so o the poison, buthe was that Interestin thing we'll have you a little head? Many an it'll pumpyou up and then come for Eagle by cake for just nice, chill super good good,Huh, yeah Er. So what do I do album or do I do TV show a certain order, so youknow you do whatever I have I have I have both. So I guess okay I'll, doalbum and, and I'm sure I'll circle back and get my TV show in so I'm goingto say I mean I really have to introduce this artist. She gonna lookthem up to reference Song names here, as I'm speaking, we need some music. When we have somebook comes home. Yes, you would put jeopardy and well, I am clicking through some callthis our songs. Let me tell you the story about one of the strangest albumsthat so so back back on or a George Tech, not in George Hector back on as avanable, so you real, I ran a radio show with the far roommate nate, so wewere Natona a one as all the requisites for maintaining your show was everyyear, because the station would get CDs like three C samples like reck thealbum come record. Companies would send albums to this right station and youwould have to what's called program that so you have to listen to the wholething, but a little burn about what it sounds like. You know, European of itwhat it sounds like and then I asonis exposit you had to market explicit ofpeople ten how to play it, and then you could say how does the sun open andclose so people know or the starts like immediately? This is like a really longopening is things like that and have an album? I don't render who theartist is, but the name ly IL ALMOST BITCH GET FIT and it opens with thisold man, and it was some. I don't emits like a like female Norwegian funk DooApios like it was. It was some like bad, like pop music, like experimental popmusic is not I describe it or maybe like a little electro, expend toelectro pop music. I don't know o by Natasha Alexander Pasha, Alexandra wowthis and the first track. Is this old man talking about the genesis of ICHget fit live? It's hard is beating three little words that inspire so manyemotions in the and the and the background it just hindling be get fit so yeah, so he find it great yeah. I didokay, okay, so I got you a no Natasha Alexandra knownby the stage name in LX is a Canadian dark pop singer Song, reader andkeyboardist. She was born in Hamilton on Taro and grew up there and now livesin New York City. So look up n Lx if you want to yeah and Alex be to getfinished, get t the intraracial close with that just be just like now I'll open withthat people. I like what it's just the most ARSO I on a video production company. I verymuch like musical scores. Things like that. That has led me to. I reallyenjoy instrumental music. It's a a lot of wireless in the music is the waythat it sounds occasionally. I'm, like, Oh, the song, says some reallyinteresting things and like and like that's really cool or that's Ketchy, but honestly more so it's like just a sound song, sound cool and if so thengreat, that's why I like it, and so it leaves me a lot of instrumental music.I really like piano music but more modern style. An instrumental music hasled me to a couple really interesting bands, one of which is Pogo. So Pogo isa Dja artist and he he really he just creates. He createsentire albums using just bits and pieces and sounds from either likemovies or TV shows or old, Disney movies or whatever and he'll just takea few of these sounds and phrases and slide them all in and each kind of Albohas a different theme. He did one that was heavily kind of featuring strangerthings and had a lot of a lot of quick. You know just like, like Mokis. Do youcopy do digito Lucas to copy it? So like a all these like different thingsand then but the song sound great and then they're all just these littlequick references that you're like. Oh that's from that one movie. Oh that'sfrom the a D and then his most recent one or second and most recent one, because I was just looking. He had a new one to come out in between, but wasit came out during like Halloween time last November, and it was all about. I,the shining and so like, like like the...

...like. One of the song. Names is Red Rumand it's they're all just really interesting, and it's all these quicklittle little little lines here and there from these movies and they'repretty brought together to make these really interesting songs. His wasprobably the one is called forget, and it's just a lot of these old Disney. You know once and the reason why that one kind of blew up and made him famousis because there's a youtube video that shows the clipse of the of the thingshe's using as they each come in, so they like flashes, really quick flashesof, like of like you know, Allison Wonderland, skipping down and all of asudden cuss the Pinocchio and and cause to this, and even sounds from the songsand those Disney movies. He cuts out and overlate and stretches out and doesall these things with the whole entire thing is just all these Disney things. So that's a great one to listen to another one in a similar vein, butmaybe a little more comedy is a guy called Yuri Wang he's interestingbecause on Youtube he sometimes he'll even do his live, and he takes reallylike a specific, like almost like a specific line from a movie. So he likethe biggest one to listen to the only one that I've like gotten to im likeI'm, adding this on my spotify as something and I will condision listento not, as I mean not as funny, because it sounds amazing is called for ants, and I don't know if you guys have seen zoolander yes, but that's the schoolyear, and I sent him for ants so that scene, where he's like he's like whatis this a center for ants just that right here? He really takes. He takesthat and I just want to let you guys like listen to just the very beginningof this, and you can just see how, like you, can hear how good this is. I canpull it up. Okay, it's just called for ants, Eriong and you'll, just lop you here, it startto come in and it's just it. The whole thing is built around that one line. What is this a sentier ants? It's got to be three times bigger than this, andthat's that was in the thing it's so good here. In the background, what is this God speaks? Then you do not have the same skills asvery long. wowly can stop it you, but like it's there I mean. Obviously you can tellhe's got skilled where he makes it. I'm sorry that this really kind of justlike kind of all you know surrounding song, but anyways for somebody wholikes to listen to music, often times for just the way it sounds, and I'm notsuper interested in, like philosophical information given to me through musicand most of the time, I'm just like hey just give me something that will kindof lift my spirits or or that'll make me feel a certain way just through theway. It sounds, and it's kind of led me to more modern stuff like this, that Iwould naturally say I'm listening to like DJ music all the time, but I findboth of these guys to be extremely talented and really entertaining tolisten to their new stuff, especially pogo. Just because I mean the new albumwill come out and I'll have a specific theme, and it's like. Oh Stranger, things like I know all these quotes like yeah like they're, all so much fun,so yeah. That's awesome. I also listen to music. For I mean I listen to a lot of different music, but I lately I'vestarted. I gravitate towards movie soundtracks because I don't know I feellike. I want everything in my life to tell me as corry and that's whatthey're made right movies entres are are specifically made to be like heywe're going to take you through a whole bunch of emotions. Here, like jump onboard like get ready, Buckut there you go yeah and it yeah. So that's awesome, yeah yeah, but I've I mean I can go with another one. If, unless you youhad something else, you wanted to jump in with Daniel, but relatedly. I havesomething no go for a no, so one of my recoes on here is support.Your local record shop. I collect vinyl, just something right on us pose in o collection. No, I do not have a super large vinylcollection, but it tends to it's been trending upward here lately and most ofthe stuff I picked up here lately has been movie soundtracks, there's a coolrecord shop. I really love in Mit Hill...

...and over here called hardy boys records andcomics. You can guess why they have records and they have comics an advertise truth and ever, butthey've also got other interesting like Retro Media, which I personally justfind really fascinating. Like he's got a huge later disk collection. Actuallywhat a hose this they're kind of like a Etkins Transita, brings a laser disrateMax just two years younger than you, and actually I'm five years older thanyou, my friend, but anyway. I want media okay, that's probably becausethey know we collect vital as well, so we've a DA bina. But what the thingthat I think this is way back, that they are video game episode, and youmentioned something that would have got me. The vial, which was the fact thatthe son like a vegeto battle, soundtrack tos on biays, please astired, O d d e tastes, nuclear right. Sorry, if youwere ruining your point, it was great. It was great, but it means what'sinteresting. Is Vinyl? Has Otso sold any other form of like physical musicmedia for like the past two or three years, yeah, because everything Sevilledigitally, so they only Ha. But people are vine, CDs anymore, I by the buyingfinal, because they want to have a specific album, but greg was talkingabout. You know instrumental music. A lot of the stuff I picked up has beenmovie soundtracks, because I want my. I want my music to tell me a story, butyou know with that too, like I've really gained a greater appreciationfor what music does in movies. So like on my last trip there I got aJohn Carpenter record. John Carpenter has been putting out music with his sonand God son for the past few years, and he's now that three albums of lostthemes. So I picked up a lost theme as one I had. I have three I need to findto, but then I also got original pressings of start car to the wrath of con and startdeck through the search for Spok, which our tack toward or is just stater going shocking in no shocking win now, but you know, and andback in January I got an original pressing of star track omission picturepicture so both of those are by Jery Goldsmith, really beautiful, beautifulscores that US search respond is James Horner, who most people probably better, know these music from titanic. So anyway, all that to say the mostLeboure does. I believe he does a land before time as well. Ohall, thirteen of them or how the first original and I go a one- is a bangerman. You go back and watch that and you're like so sad these times are Ican't watch that it will make me a heavily applicable themes to our timesand like they're, very heavy, and it's very sad. I'm like this is an amazingmovie. What why was this made for a bunch of kids in the nine need to watchamazing? No, it's totally true, but I'm like why they were like what did to getruined by fourteen sequels that were garbage or pure garbage nego here you so so on. Listen to moviescores to support your local record shop, all right, so I like okay, so twomore movies. So first we deal on to recommend animated.Technically movie is Colin the two strings. I didn't hear anyone talkingabout this, like hardly anyone like there was a lot of critical like strong, critical reception to it, but I know I don't know anyone else who watched it.It's a gorgeous movie. It's stop motion animated, it's! What's it called Cuboand the two strings. It's stop Martian animated and it isone of the most gorgeous movies. I've ever seen in it was was great, was okay,so there's a scene where he fights this basically giant skeleton they made amassive set like it was. It was like a ten foot Paul model of the skeleton tolike grab things. It's it's. It was just really good. It was heart. Warming,a touch time, Japanese fokare. So you know I was a little different, but itwas just so well done and so, but is so moving, and so touching that I always Iwas like mad and it was funny because all the articles are rent like. Why isnobody talking about Cubo because it was so good? It was so good and I neverhear anyone talk about it. Several friends of mine saw it and said it wasfantastic, but I had not seen it and I did not realize it was stop motionanimate, Jos, that it is in stop motion. Animated is just so wealth done, it'sjust so gorgeous you can it's one of...

...those movies where you can watch it andyou can see the love that the creators put into it the time and the effort andit really shows into into a good product. Those are the kinds of moviesthat I really think are worth watching, because you can just see the passionthat went into this project. It's really really good and I will make youcry hundred percent. Like you cry, it is so good, so yeah cubo two streams. That's my animated recommend. I might not a man recommend, and I think I'vetalked about it once before his take. Yes, I know what you're talking aboutbe masking, so ink is a only one. Actually look up, not a cart, it's adifferent movie. So is it two thousand and nine in two thousand and nine movie,it was pretty, it's not made it. So look at Inde flick now there is that isthere's nothing like objectionable in it. In the very beginning, the maincharacter drops like nine F poes in a row, and that's not far. ProfessionalConde goes that is it fo Castin crew, probably no one. You've never heard ofChristopher Soran Kelly, Queen Hunter Jessica, Duffy j like it and it sclearly like kind of on the lower budget end and, and so it kind ofshowed, but they were very created with how they kind of worked around the factthat they didn't have a high budget, and basically the idea is so there'sthere's this guy and he's at the beginning of the week he getsfired from this job and his daughter gets kidnapped by this. This creature, this you know like hunchback of Notre Don looking guy called ink and Achwants to become an incubus, and so the counseled, a Kibi says, say: Oh kidnapthis girl and bring her to us, and we will will make you an incubus, and so it'sall about in connecting this girl that now now not in the physical world likebecause I giss like invade dreams right. So basically she falls asleep and thenshe's in a coma, because incubus is like stolen her away from her dream, and so these characters, who are basically like the the good charactersof the Dream World, find the DAD and say: Hey your daughter, got kidnappedby and either taking your daughter to the Incipio. We have to go rescue her,so it's like him going along with these other characters to rescue his daughterfrom Eke, and it's just really. I don't want to say too much about it, becauseit really would be spoiler Y, but all the characters are nuance and the twistof the end is brilliant and the things that they do with the budget they haveis just it's. Just such a important movies rat the end I was like I justpicked up on a wind. I was like that that you know I read. The Boro was likeyeah sure why not and then just blow away by one of the the movies like thatI sat back and was like that was just a phenomenal movie. Like Utopia, I wasjust like wow blown away. I was sitting back at the end when I didn't expectmuch from the trailer I was like, I wull be a fun Disney movie, then justbe blown away about how good it was same thing with ink. I sat down, Iwatched it and I was like. Oh, this will be fun and then all this is reallyinteresting in that the end just like that was worth my time. That movie wasworth every second of it, and I want other people to watch this movie, because it's so good and again just like with Kubo, I even less so. I'venever heard anyone talk about this movie. I've never met anyone. WHO'swatched this move because it was really like a small thing that I just happenedto stumble upon back, where I am still getting Netflix. DVDs, that's how Istumbled upon. I was a attrite back to college and and man, if you haven'tseen it, go, find go find it. Let's see that streaming anywhere cause it's justI just it's on Amazon Priego, just a phenomenal movie, just a phenomenal. The one was dreaming on Netflix for a while and it kept getting recomended tome and it just and I never took a close look at it, but just looking at likethe main poster, I thought it was like an anima film because they ever likeeverything does have really strong yeah yeah exactlie action. Film, that'sreally test cool. It sounds like a really interesting like dark fantasy. It is that it's really interesting. It's really interesting and it plays it,plays with fees of redemption and and temptation, and things like that injust a really good way and your surprising of the child actor. So, okay, very cool. I don't know if either of you seen, Yo Gamin's mirror mask whatyou described sounds kind of like mirror, mask you think, but anyway yeah that soundsreally fascinating, very cool all right greg, it's also cool okay. Now we should make a a movie Nin E, I D,okay, so I got a TV show. I had one and I'll talk about it and it justpopped like recently back up again, because I've watched the most updatedseason. I've mentioned it a few times on here, but I haven't gone into muchdepth but attack on Titan. It is a so this is an anima show. I Avn't say I wouldn't say I'm like acrazy anime guy, not that I wouldn't recommend it topeople just that. I haven't gotten into hole on of anime, some of like theweirdness of a lot of like really people that are really in a it. Justit's just a little too much for me often times, but I have got into acouple series that I've been like man. These rivals, some of my favorite TV,shows I've ever watched, and so I would...

...say I'm an NA fan just off of thecouple that I've really gotten into it. anyways attack on tighten is, is themost recent one that is kind of captured. My interest in it iscurrently going on so attack on Titan is on the surface level. It's this. Youknow action, horror, type thing where there's this revolutionary era, maybeyou'd call them they've got cannons and Muskets, and things like that. I knowan Arab of life that seemed they're living in this in this world, wherethey're behind these humongous walls, a hundred meters, high and there's threedifferent levels of those walls and a big circle. So the outer level are thepoorest people, because the least protection, the inward level in themiddle or your middle class, because they've got two walls protecting themand then the inside layer, you know is the most protected. So there are threelayers of balls and there was the richest people, so that kind ofexplains the world of the society. But the reason they have these walls isbecause there's the giant humanoid creatures they basically just like looklike giant naked people with no reproductive organs. So they just looklike a nice skin giant like mania. No they've got skin. Some of them dosomethingth, Re's one specific one that doesn't yeah it's complicated, but Inot have skulkin like babies almost like the B o like they have down liketheir heads, are cocked the side they're, often just like glazed overeyes and they're just walking around, but they eat people, and so there's ais a very disturbing element of the show where you see essentially thegiant humans eating small humans, and it's it's that that imagery is jarringit first, I'm like. Oh just like they become the most menacing things. Youcould possibly think if they do a really really good job at making youterrified of these things, I mean they are horrifying and scary, and at firstyou like. Oh, this is a stupid like it's, not a dinosaur or a mot. Oh mygosh, that guy is lining another guy and so they're all different sizes, andthey do and the great the thing that I think the show I mean just so manythings. So well, it's hard to pick a specific one. It's obviously got funaction if you're an action person, there's some really cool fights andjust the way that they go about trying to combat these titans is reallyinteresting. They fight with what they call Olm gear which, where they kind ofthey kind of jettison around using cables like kind of like Batman andhave got these swords and they they don't know much about these titans. Butthey know that if you slash the back of their necks, that they'll die anythingelse, they'll just regenerate. They can regenerate arms heads fate whatever, and so they kind of shoot around on these cords until they can get behindthem and slash the their necks, and so the action is obviously cool. I wouldsay the top two things it does, though, is one it builds intrigue. I mean youwatch the show and instantly you're like Oh, like I want to watch the nextepisode, because that was mysterious, Oh and you're, finding out more aboutthe society and how it functions and how each wall has a small section. Thatkind o protrudes out where to try to funnel the titans. To that section towere there ever is a breach. You know they'll go after that section, but theythe kind of politics behind who we put in those sections and how it's kind ofoppressive to certain people and you're meeting a bunch of people that aregoing into the scout core or the SCOCO is the part of the military that goesoutside. The Wall tries to claim new land there's different sections of themilitary, some that stay inside the walls, some that right on top of thewalls, and so the Scout Regiment is like they die all the time that it'sabout. It follows this one specific kid who's, just really zealous to try tokill Tel he's very hungry to fight titans, but he's not very good atfighting. He, like he's learning all of this stuff or likely he's failing ineverything and all of his friends. Are you know they're teaching, him andstuff, but but the world build building an intrigue, keeps you watching everyepisode and it stays very like it's got enough that you can understand andbuild on, and so, but they, but also enough that if you re watch it you getmore out of it and I think that's the bet like if you're going to do intrigue. It's like the Christopher on role like like modern Christ, version vernal andway too far. Like I mean you can't enjoy that movie until you've watchedit four times and then you're like. Oh now, it's awesome and you like well, you shouldn't have made a move that you can understand four times, but then youalso go we to go in the other direction, where everything is so on the nose thatyou're. Like my this, isn't I'm not really getting anything out of this?Like he's the bad guy, because he said he's the bet you know, so I think itrides that line perfectly of giving you enough intrigue making. You want towatch the next episode while still giving you enough to enjoy what you'recurrently watching. But the last thing, and probably my favorite part about it,is that it develops so many characters. Like I mean it seems like everycharacter in the show has purpose, and that's what I've never seen a show dothat before, where you you introduce a new, a new person, you don't know, andthe show takes time to like make that person a real person and they- and Ican't even tell you honestly, is somebody who prides himself in actuallyhaving to write people's stories like for a living, and it enjoys that as thebest element of movie watching and of TV watching is character. Building liketelling a story of a character, I can't even tell you how they do it so welllike it's just e the in the introduce these characters that I mean like spoillike tons of people die in a show, a e for sure t s that it introduces anddevelops almost every character that...

...comes into view in amazing way. Thereare probably like five or six or four safe characters like you'll, be like.Oh, my gosh. This is amazing, like they've, been really developing thisguy for two episodes. Oh his like, he just got bitten in half like he's deadnow and so by arst you're like Oh. Why did this show randomly make a mistakeand develop his character and say: Oh no, we need him to die, but then youstart to realize no, like the show is trying to put you in the feet of all ofthese soldiers. So the whole point is that, more so than what's happening, which is kind of fantastical yethers, he's giant Zombie things eatingeverybody more so at the show is about, is how these people are handling it,and most of them are freaking out most every single want o me on the toughestones. They'll come to a breaking point where they're like almost shivering andfear and their they're explaining how they feel and why they feel those waysand they're sad and what the show is really trying to do is get you to jointhem like, and it's doing it desperately by introducing charactersand saying all right. This isn't going to be some guy. You Watch get eaten andkilled. This is going to be somebody that you learn about their family, learn about their fears, learning about why they're here learning about theircause, you watch them get betrayed and then eating or something and you'reyou're just destroyed, and you can feel like that character feels in the showand it's not in my opinion, there's there's a healthy balance to whereyou're not just totally distraught. The whole time, because I have watched, shows where I'm like you're doing a really good job, and I don't watch thisbecause I'm just sad, it really isn't. I mean there's, there's enough victoryin the show and redemption that really keeps you coming back, but man as faras character, development of people that it just it's so seamless. I can'teven see it happening sometimes and I'm like oh I've, fallen in love with thischaracter and, like I don't know where that came from so if you're somebody, you can again is filet. So the back to the UFC thing. If you can get past thebrutality, because there are definitely sometimes that it is a scary show and alittle disturbing it's such an amazing shot- I mean it is. I can't like, onevery level that I watch it and again I had finished seasons. One one to onethrough three in is in reality each season's like two seasons, because theycall him like. Oh, this is the half season point and it's essentially itsICTUS, so essentially one through six and then for as the last season, andthey came up the first half of four, which is essentially an entire season, and I just recently I'd watched all six. You know originally a while ago andreally loved it, but then reinvigorated my love for it. After watching thislast half season, where I was like, oh my goodness, it's still just as they'restill putting out episodes that are just amazing, so sorry to rant a lotabout it, but that that is I'm so hyped on that show man I could I could. Icould talk about. It, show forever. I've heard very good things and it's Ihave a a long, anime watch list that I haven't gotten to in a while, so I hadmy best definitely on it, so many people recommended a sin that aren'tgreat right. So it's that was hot. I on watchthis Corso it's funny because you mentioned that they built he builds outthe characters really well. I found that the really really really goodManga to an excellent job of world building either billing sucking theircharacters, how to care about, and I think the one of the best person atthis which an is is so penny because the menu is es exceptional and theanime is not UN watchable, because in the anime they do flashbacks. They think they have it like. No, but they've had it like it's fragileshipping international, it's ridiculous! It's the WHO flashbacks to somethingthat happened with you. The same episode like that happened five minutesago. Why are you Sardou on the bed in the Caths, like hey, yeah member, whenthe dog jumped on the bed at us and that's one piece, one piece e, sobriant because he's like hey here's, this thing that gives you super powersright, but it makes you unable to swim and everyone's a pirate and it'ssomething as brilliant or balance Ogerous. But in your screw, if you fallof your boat or you can have not supervise and be slightly less and bedisadvantaged in a fight I, but you can bacular to have a boat, yeah, brilliantand every single person has different powers and different back stories andis so unique and inner lot and there's rodentia arts and people die, and it'stouching and it's so brilliantly done, and it's like a thousand chapters andyou're like he's starting close to the end. This man is genadier. He finishesat e onto get to suffer and LE tears blood, because no one can do what hedoes. Yeah one piece: The Maga, brilliant uptanime, really an not just a watch, because it's just like Yeven, though Istill Prin, I mean you still break. You can get past the flash back within thesad episode of someone, five minutes or because the characters Lupi is one ofmy favorite Kists of characters. Is that he's earnest? He makes mistakes, but he always tries to do the right thing, even if he, even if he screws upand gets the the SNOT kicked out of them, he gets back up and he triesharder and he's so lovable and he's so dumb too he's a such a great character. Yeah Yeah. I feel that same play like you.How did you develop all these secretary characters like will all of their names?I know what they're about they were in...

...like one chapter and actually know whothey are: it's brilliant, so yeah not to pick you back off of great, but onepiece o sorry, okay, t all right all right. So so this is going to be mylast one. I ye and it's going to be a dual recommendation, not a Ugo duel, but so that that I've been watching it in Spanish, it's great. So a coup of months ago I picked up a copyof alien number. One put up on. The comic is put up in marvel written byPhilip Kennedy Johnson, and so it's a it takes place like a hundred two hundred years after theevents of Alien, the film was two hundred years. I believe so. Yes, ahundred two hundred years, I don't remember exactly ripas still aroundright is maybe not but anyway, so so at LittleGurb, because this is this is really cool. The iconic cinematic terroe makesits marble debut. Gabrel cruize gave his life to whalen Utan in the case ofan alien tack, he barely survived almost literally recently retired cris is trying topatch things up with his abandoned son, with the help of his friend a bishopmodel android. But his re entry into civilian life is not going smoothly andhis encounters with the deadly Sinawa are far from over Philip Pete Johnsonand Salvador Laroka team up to tell an all new tale of the Titan of horror andscience fiction. That has scared audiences. For decades, no one is safe.No one is innocent and no one can hear you scream, O o sorry scream yeah so anyway, soanyway, the first issue released on March, Twenty four two thousand andtwenty one s. This is me this is new. Not just came out this year, just likelike a month ago yeah. So I picked up the first issue. I didn't get a chanceto read it until like Monday of this week, my goodness, this thing isfantastic. I'm going to like go to the Comic Book Shop Tomorrow, pick up thethe I think at least issue to ars out, maybe issue three might be out soon, ifnot already, and I'm going to sign up for a subscription at my local compactostore, because I am really impressed with like the kinds of storytellingthey're doing the ideas they're exploring within the alien franchise-and you know just creating like this interesting story. That is not you know,of course it's related to the ZENAMA. That's the only thing that it'scarrying over from the the film franchise, but anyway, I'm reallyimpressed with the story telling. I was a little disappointed when I picked itup was like oh there's, no gripple in this book. You know. I then I'm likedisappointed, because I love Ripley, but it's a really great storydefinitely would recommend and in tandem with that support, your localcome book shop like I'm going to do I'm going to get a description for thisbook because I just think it's fantastic so would recommend alien number onereleased in March, put out by marble written by Philip Kennedy. Johnson. DoI just recently I was telling the thing what we watched alien to and we watchalien three after that aliens and then alien. Those three movies are, in myopinion, the fourth one is. A litany was a little weird because I hate threeyou at three, a D. three is terrible. Okay, but you know why the kid not. She turn me into yeah potential, and then you go it is. I me to virtually every alienmovie is like he was rippling a bunch of people. Everything matters. The nextmovie is just ripply with a whole bunch of other people, they're all going toreally matter and then they're all going to die in the next movie is justgoing to be so it kind of stays. On thing I mean, I agree, even even thesergeant guy that ches with is an interesting character. A you kind ofwish. You know both of them would have stick stuck in around, because again Imean in the movie maker part of me, says: Yes, develop more characters anddo a better job but Allie the side of me that really appreciates the alienmovies and also Ripley's character. All and over all those movies is great, she's, just an awesome character per yeah. I think she's, one of the mostconsistent characters. I think, when I watch movies that I'm like she's shejust she acts like the character, should act the whole time. There'sthere's no, those red flags where you're like well the character, wouldn't actually do this and, like you, can tell it's the writer and like itreally draws you out of the story to be like okay, this is jarring because, like this birth, she acts how you'd imagine really would act pretty muchand everything they do a really good job of keeping her consistent. That'ssomething I was really thinking in the second one in my defense, I've watchedhalfway through the third one, and then I came here to this podcast. So I havefinished the there one. Yet I've seen I've seen all of them a long time ago. This is me re watching. I obviously watched the second was like. Oh my gosh. This is amazing. I watched the set the first one, not not too long ago and ofcourse mean the first one is legendary. So man after the watch, the second oneI was like this one's really it's kind of just as good. I mean I like it, justit's up there with the first for me and I I was on genres and I so I e t e O me,but I enjoy both very much. I mean...

...obviously alys my favorite movies, alltime but yeah yeah iens is fantastic as well, yeah anyways, but yeah. I thoughtI was interesting. You mentioned that now I just been a kind of an alien highreseat Yeah Yeah, I'm reckonin you are, I haven't had yet I manteno alienisolation. Carles just be Omnis. They like modern game. I am interested inplaying at all. It's a video game. Yes, what do name Horr game rioters, wipersdaughter, who's like investigating and then they and alien shows up and yougot like went away from it. Apparently, it's incredibly good, yeah, yeah and te and like, and that kind of ties into the alien law anyway, because there'ssome like deleted scenes where you find out like why Ripley went on thenostromo voyage in the first place, and it was because she hurt she wasmourning the death of her daughter, m yeah. So my last one I got two TV showsto talk about and I'm bonken brief go for one. I talked about a lot on here.animate show at me an the bad in the bold. It's super good. It's Super Fun.It's Super Racky! It's super out there. It is a love letter to both Batman andjust all of DC in the best possible way. It just celebrates the weirdness thatof DC the weirdness of Batman. It really is. It really feels like thethound is adamant West Batman reincarnated as a show that understandsthat I o thon, nine hundred and sixty ie, and he spat man. It's so good. It'sgot these great cold opens that have nothing to do with the episode, butthat I have their own continuity. He teams up with Acomas like a Goof Ball, bad dad he's always like, with his family Olaus to s family duties, toplay with that man play hero with that man, and it's just it's so good andyeah. I just highly recommend it it'll introduce you to a lot of stuff in theDC university. You probably wouldn't see otherwise, like wanna, be like speda bona best, but he's a multiple episodes and he awesome, and then theyheld a whole thing where there's like that. Might who's like this elevensdimensional being who's, the biggest badman fan and they bring him in, islike money on to cancel it. It's like the last episode is like Batman, canceling by interion of old. It's. So it's like. I wore its three or five. Ithink it's five seasons and they're all just a treat and very snackole likethere's, not really any companies you just watch, one episode enjoy, it hidyou recommend, and I and the one episode I've seen- is the musicalepisode, the Nessa, wonderful and speaking of good sage. Speaking ofmusicals. You know there are a lot of like musical TV shot like okay, so alot of shows have musical one offs right, like the flash for some reason.Yeah that happened the fly way. The Sea we five had a musical episode on thisis sort in happens. SCRUBS had as above is ower, incidentally, is I think, myfavorite episode of scrubs ever where a woman comes in and she's got like abrain injury and it makes her perceive everything as a musical at so good. It's so good, it's a really or including one of the best songs of alltime. Guy Love so good, but you know, most of the musical showsare like glee and high school musical. Where it's you know, it's literally awill. Call us a out there's a basic that's about people who would do music.Naturally and kind of lost a little bit of the of the of the show that just hasmusicals but isn't about music. The show that I have come in keeping meback to that. I just loved and was canceled up two seasons, his gallivant. It was two thousand and fifteen two thousand and sixteen, and it was sostinking good. It had no right to be candled about Tom if you've heard ofanyway. So the only two people wad recognize are Timothy Adene and heplays the evil. King and tiny Jones. This, as like his muscle, I don't thinkI know either of those guys are to Robinson, plays lasted on psyche. Ihaven't seen that. Oh shame on you. I know and Vinny Jones plays the bullettooth, Tony and and snatch. I haven't seen a OH, my gosh. You love that sucha good releast, so good anyways, Oh okay, so I know who Timothy Amondson isbecause I've seen I recognize his IM DV profile. Yes, I've seen him in thingsbefore, but there was also a Joshua as Mary Janson Karen David Who's gorgeousand place a princess, Isabella she's. I believe Indian, Indian American, whereshe's borning, India and she's multiethnic, definitely mostly Indian, but she's, she's, fantastic as princes on Lodi. Tell me Lee. Jordan was inthis look young boy and Personal Darn, Evans, Stanley, Townsend Jenabe Island,Berry, Sophi, chair, like great cast play sugar, however see how was an as Iso much fun and it's hilarious because the start of the second season theiropening number for the second season is how did we not get canceled, but I'm just going to play the themesong, so you can get kind of a feel of a auonsand just like every every episode, the opening, the song we talk about.

What's going to happen in me, episodeof what happened last episode- and it turns out like the gesture on the show,is the one who seem the opening song and it's just it's so good, becauseTimothy Onisim starts out as like this generic, just looking just like killingeveryone who gets in his way, but then he turns into like a put upon every one, because the CUN is just like harass hurrying him all day to be more evil.We just like it's it's so brilliant yeah. It's! I can't describe it becauseagain, it's a musical! So it's all about that. It's all about the numbersand the numbers are really good and a memorable, and it's got really greattime. It's just it's fantastic. It deserve in two seasons and you needpeople to watch it. The only problem is you literally can't find it anywhere. It's not staying anywhere. You can like purchase it on Amazon, video. You can,if you're like me and still have a subscription to Netlik with DVDs. WeTut. That's true. That's true, and I definitely I will say this Stein mostlegally ambiguous way. I acquired it. So I'm going I'm intending to Rewah itsoon. I acquired it for no money and I'm planning to we watch it. So youdubious man, do Musme, Hey, look I'm paying for nineteen differentsubscription services. If I can't find it on one of those. That's on you noton me. I I'm paying my money. I pay my money yeah. So that's the last thing Ihave this is just galloping, oh watch it. It's so good. I reizei as a musicalas like to recommend bud machines. What er? Okay, I do a watchin questions, ether, either movies, a Sane Crana show and erst they spilt everything aboutthis just screams. Is this fake like an episode to be thirty, seven minuteslong or any other number? You could think of them more credit, and noliterally, like like, like twenty four minutes of the episode, will be creditsand you're. Watching thirteen minutes, you like wait business. Are you serious,an o just start scrolling through your? I is a bet. Let me tell you some thingsthat happened in blood machines: okay, there's a lot of nudity! There's a Dnudity: it's not like sex nudity to like people, have it it's much morelike she's, she's, a planet and like Yahaha in machine she a die, getsaroused by a woman stroking. His Gun, like actualgot physical, do forgot about that part, and then she shoots him in half yeah women turn into a planet. A giant womanFistiana in is a boo, a on naked women that form together to make a giant andnaked more than she in ile space. Like a Sufrin like a Perkin wishing likeJack Jack, pers compas, I tom and made it large but yeah Zese looks like aseparate place. He now that's the, but that's the butt yeah it was. It wasmultiple nakes. That's the forming giant Bolton making women. I there's adifferent naked woman inside like manipulating the thing but Cotroneipushing and pulling these other naked women who, by the way, have a weirdglowing upside down cross covering their genitalia. So someone had to goin and edit that and you're like okay, I said this: who was the paint ranger?Who that Mat a O, your explaining it it real make a soundlike crazy, sounds like something: etate were a cat fish. Let me explainfor two seconds, so there is a DJ artist whose name scapes me. Hemakes day CA. Here's there's this specific song he makes called. I thinkit's called Turbo Racer there very, very, very cool song and- and it's very, but so he uses sounds from old, like old arcade. Video game sounds so it'slike Dudu like it. His music sounds like you're stepping into an arcadefrom like the early s like it's very cool like you, listen to it and it's itgets you pumped like you ready to go play Skit, like Ski Ball, like whatever and but there's specifically, there'sthat one there's one Mo bost popular song, Turbo, racer and there's thisthere's this kind of famous S. I guess he's a music video artistand he makes a music video to it's very retro. There's people in it, but youcan tell pretty much. Everything is on a green screen. Tones of colors looksvery sin: City Esk and it's really cool. I mean you watch this and you're likethat was that's pretty dope like that is a cool music video very like likecatchy music, and from that that the musician and the the artist that madethe music sound track. The the music...

...video said: Hey. We want to make a TVseries a a sci, fi TV series and the producer said: Hey. I want to make a TVseries and this artist, the guy who did the music he created. Turbo Racer isgoing to do to soundtrack for the whole entire series and so you're kind oflike all right. Well, that's interesting enough, and so they go anddo this essentially tike a kickstarter s thing and they get so much funding toit. They don't even make a pilot they make what they claim to be. Like. Oh,like like a half season, it's what was it five episodes? It was three episode.Yeah was so again forty minutes and fifty minutes of each episode was yeah.I mean each. It was like episode on like forty one minutes, episode totwenty seven minutes episode. Three thirty one is you like? Oh, this iskind of bizarre and then each one of them had a different amount of credittime, all ranging between like twenty two minutes and fifteen minutes, and so- and I mean it was just like likebitting I was explaining- is one hundred percent. If you do there'scontext to that, barely any context, and if there was you couldn't hear itbecause the sound editing didn know how about the sound at anything as it. Justlike everybody was talking, you couldn't hear a word as is loud base inthe background like a what is that it was the noise of the ship engine yeahlike a final to on the L of a Ain your in in here it was just a really bad. Imean it was awkward, it was. It was kind of dark. It felt weird. I feltlike I needed to take a shower after that. Anyway, sorry, we we we at theend of the me. We got sidetrack but are yeah. This is the Anti Rais. This isnot reckoned. Do not was a that's an entire looking at that pictures on IMDBand an cat fish er.
